These are photos of Josh Schors Nexpan office after he left in the middle of the night! The Sheriffs dept came and officially evicted him days later.
Josh Schor owner of Nexpan, a distributor of Scentura Creations has been EVICTED from his Sayville, NY location for non payment of rent! Gee, I'm so shocked to hear that!!! He trashed the place and left in the middle of the night, which is exactly what cowards like him do. I helplessly watched as he suckered 100's of people into his web of lies and deceit. He promised these people who show up for a "management" position into believing that they would make tons of money (like him) if they worked hard and did as he told them. (peddled perfume on the streets to strangers)
Anyone who sat in his filthy, cheaply decorated hole in the wall office might suspect that he did not generate $385.000 a year as he claimed!!!
One of his favorite phrases that he would tell these people is "fake it 'till you make it" Well it looks like he's still faking it himself, being as this is his third location in 3 years!!! The sad part is that he will probably pop up somewhere else in a new location and "fake it" all over again.
What a pathetic way to live! Can you imagine moving into an office just to leave in the middle of the night only 9 months later-leaving most of your belongins behind? I am so thankful that I am not him. He uses people to get what he wants and has no remorse for the people he screws over to get what he wants.
