I got charged for four years of service, At a dollar a month, plus some crazy charge of 49.95 for april ripoff

I was told I would be charged a dollar a month for unlimited downloads, but they then chared me for four years of service. Now I received a charge for $49.95 from the company And I don't have the slightest clue why. Alls I know is I didn't allow the charge to occur. I didn't even do anything on the program when they charged me for the $49.95. I didn't even get some form of confirmation saying if I bought anything from them.
