Oddly worded come on to give $20 to win over 3 million. Small print says will provide information on available sweepstakes open to the public.

Lots of confidential, tell nobody and keep secret language. Tells to send "Report of Record" and the return envelope is addressed to "Director's Office" with no company listed.
