Ripoff Cashed my check of $23.90 and never delivered material

I received in the mail a advertisement for a book called Secret Book of Free Money.

I sent a check which was cashed on 3/23 in the amount of $23.90.

I have not received any merchandise to date.
I would like to have my money back or the publication, if it really exsists.
