"Free From Uncle Sam" by Stephen Young of Communications Publishing got my money but never answered mail or sent book as promised

On April 11th Stephen Young cashed my money order for $23.90 and never sent the book "free from Unle Sam" nor any of the promised by the "Americas Secret Cash Giveaways" advertisement.

I have sent two follow-up letters to this address, letters that have not been answered.
