I have discovered today that Kaplan University's Call Center has wiretapped their marketing agents calls, yet never inform the person receiving the phone call that the conversations are monitored, where an agent within this organization listens in on all telephone conversations, while the person receiving the phone call is not informed of the company's ellicit activities.
The last time I checked, the law emphatically states that if one is listening into a conversation and/or possibly recording said conversation, that the party being eavesdropped on must be informed that the conversation is being recorded.
This so-called esteemed University, is nothing more than a Major Call Center with hundreds of basic telemarketers, vying for a sales goal. The staff is given monthly quotos, and forced to work on mandatory days, even when the person has worked beyond the scheduled week.
I have also learned that this Telemarketing University sells correspondence courses, being provided leads to target prospective so-called students.
I will be bringing this illegal tactic of listening in on complete telephone conversations of prospective so-called clients without the client's knowledge, and they may possibly recording these conversations without the person's knowledge.
I find this to be an invasion of privacy, and possibly a criminal charge of wiretapping.
I will now conduct a complete investigation of what I believe is illegal conduct if not criminal activity.

Tomorrow, I will be contacting my attorney, as well as the Florida Attorney General's Office for assitance in filing a criminal and Civil Charge against the Officers of this Organization. I in turn, will keep you updated as to further illegal and immoral activities.
