The ring leader of an Orlando based crime ring (local scam artist Richard Gorman) is using new local con artists Tim Sobczyk, Christopher Puchala, Elisaha Lawrie, Joe Bornstein to try and hide from his creditor and form the Tallahassee police departmet where Richard is wanted on two separate incidences of FELONY RAPE.
Due to the thousands of charge backs that hit the Oevau merchant accounts Robert Guest and Richard Gorman have destroyed there credit and reputation with banking institutions. The new people involved are needed to act as front people to obtain credit and new merchant accounts to operate the scam websites that sell the fake products Cenafil, Ziozpher, and Radoluf. Some of the tactics used are merchant account jumping and manufacture jumping.
In addition to the thousands of charge backs and the loss of there bank credibility, the never ending bad press and constant raids for law enforcement has Richard Gorman and Robert Guest scrambling to hid their involvement in these business. One such raid happened on 8/04 while I was working at the Oevau office: The Orlando Police Department raided the Oevau Technologies office and seized all of the businesses computers and files. The owner (and ringleader) Richard Gorman was then arrested on 12/09 for his second count of RAPE. Richard Gorman is currently out on bail and, living at home with his parents, preparing to defend himself against his FIRST charge of RAPE that is set for re-trial trail later this year.
