Delivered an ATV with no parts to attach wheels, handlebars, no battery, no nuts or bolts to attach bumper and frame pieces

After waiting 3 months for delivery of an ATV ordered on November 30 - it was finally delivered on March 2.

However, it had no nuts or bolts to attach the wheels or any other pieces, no brackets for the handlebars, no battery and no instructions. It was useless as delivered.

Repeated contacts led only to repeated, broken promises to deliver the parts. No tracking info could ever be provided, despite claims of sending the parts via Fed Ex. Claims were made that Fed Ex was no responding at all and that they must have lost the parts. I have dealt with Fed Ex a lot, and they are always able to provide tracking info.

I sitll do not have a working ATV, but I do have a very unhappy 6-year old waiting to ride it.
