Ordered the blinds which was supposed to take 4 to 6 weeks, called in 8 weeks, company said factory had problems and would ship in September. They had another excuse come Oct, and said it would ship in November. Filed a complaint with the BBB in Florida on Dec 20th. Company emailed me Jan 24 and said "The business is closed Please contact your credit card co and dispute the charges" I checked and one of the companies web sites is still taking orders, I feel there may be fraud involved.
Also, doing a search on the individual, I found there is an open case listed on the Attorney General of Florida's
web site which is identical to what happened to me http://myfloridalegal.com/lit_ec. Nsf/investigations/

According to the online BBB report, this company has a history of taking payment and not delivering and ignoring customers calls, emails, etc. The company offered a credit the same day I emailed them and told them of my BBB complaint. When I emailed back and asked for the credit, I never received a response, until the one Jan 24th they were closed. I noticed the rebuttal from another compaint similar to mine http://usacomplaints.com/reports/ripoff138078.htm
Guess Mr Glomboski missed the whole point. If he wasn't such a crook, then it wouldn't fall upon his children. I bet they are very proud of him. Wish I knew what big corporations they work for.
