Consumer Household Exchange - American Gold Card ripoff, scammed

I was on the internet and a popup came on for a guarented credit card (american gold card). I was to pay a one time fee of 149.95. They took that fee out of my account 4 times.

After that they took out whatever they wanted, 20 here 35 there they did this until it came to about 800.00. Many checks in my account bounced and I was stuck paying all the fees.

I call them 15-20 times a day for 2 months. I also know the name of the head supervisor. I have spoken to him. I did get my money back, but they only gave me like 650.00.

That happened at the end of 2004. It is now March and they are doing it again.

I don't understand how this company is commiting a crime and nothing has been done to stop them. Help
