I didn't believe that I could get ripped off, but realized I learned my lesson with scam companies like Fundamental Consumer Strategies. Like others that have posted on this website, their trials and tribulations with this company, I too have been had. I've learned a valuable lesson from all of this, and what's sad was that I had a glimpse of hope that I can attain a credit card.

I did pay $299 application fee that was debited out of my account on 12-24-04. I was also told after not receiving the packet after two months that there was a back logg or a problem with their mail service. They are almost impossible to get a hold off... I did reach someone twice. The first time after a month of not recieving anything, I did speak to a supervisor by the name of Robert Miller who assured I would get it in a week, that was around 2-7-05. He claimed he didn't have track number for the delivery, and assumed it never went out. He asked me if I wanted a refund, and I said I wanted the chance of acquiring the credit card. He than assured me that he would make sure I got it I than spoke to someone else on 2-25-05, that assured I would get it by 3-4-05. Today is 3-9-05, and nothing in the mail.
I called, and now they have an answering service that states their mailbox is full!

Maybe I should take this as a vauable lesson and accept that I lost $300's as a gamble. BUT, at the same time I feel that I deserve that $300's back!
