My boyfriend was contacted by Premium Advantage in Dec. 2004. He was told he would receive a Mastercard with a $5000. Limit within 14 busn. Days, but he still has not received the card. He was told to write Jack Wilson in the corporate office to receive his refund and call them back once he has done that. We tried calling back today but the number has been disconnected. Any suggestions?
