Omg! I never fall victim to any of this kind of stuff... But they got me too. I too never saw that if was an "all together fee". It said "$1.00 a month".
Low and behold, I checked my online statement today and saw $48.00 taken out and some name I didn't recognize. I did a google search for that name and look what I found!
I've already called my bank they are refunding the amound AND making sure they cannot make a another deduction from my account AND they said once they were through with the investigation they'll be going after them for fraud as well.
I'm so glad I caught this when I did. Just to say. I've only been able to download "1" song from this whole freakin thing. I'm done. I'll go back to Napster and pay my $9.00 a month. It was worth it!
I have a friend with Fox 4 news that said she'd do a report if I wanted her to. I think I shall!
I also have no problem joining a class action lawsuit. Let's GET EM'!!!
