Access Rocovery Service - Frank Rendal
For Bank One claimed to be collecting debt, became rude, insulting, gave no phone # or address, told me to look it up. Ripoff!

I was contacted by phone by a person claiming to collect a debt When I said that any account I ever had with Bank One was discharged in a bankruptcy over 2 years ago, he called me a deadbeat, I asked for an address and phone #, He said "Look it up" He then said I was a lier who didn't pay my bills. I felt that this is a scam to get information.

I asked for them to send something in writing. He then called me a frabricator who used lies and deceipt to not pay bills. Then I hung up and contacted the Consumer Protection office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts. They suggested I go to this site and file a report also.
