I am not rying to sound racist but there are to many illegall Mexican people in the State of CAlifornia. Especially in the city of Santa Ana CAlifornia namely the School District. There are over 40 schools in this small over populated city. Ninety nine percent of the schools are filled to the brim with Mexican kids. These kids don't speak English very well or don't speak English at all. Up until last year the school board was being railroaded by a board member who had demanded he be addressed in Spanish or he will not respond to the person speaking to him. His name is Nativio Lopez. He was subsequently recalled the following year. But not before he did a lot of damage in the district. This man was the person who started the Hermidad Nationale group which is pro Mexican and looks down on real Americans. Him and his groups whole motivation was to overthrow the current administration in the district by placing his leutenants in high places by twisting the arm of the personal director. This was part of a larger scheme to place Mexicans in positions of power in Southern California. Mr. Lopez orchestrated within the school district unqualified Mexican Americans to be promoted to principalships and vice principal positions. These new unqualified appointees statrted harassing teachers that were not Mexican or did not speak Spanish. I watch everyday free lunches given away to kids with green cards. There parents are not legal but somehow they are employed. About 1 out of 10 parents speak broken English. We are being pressured to get the schools API scores up, but how can we when we are dealing with emmigrant kids that don't fluently speak English, who are anti American and don't really give a dam about school and being successful. I've had enough. I'm tired of these illegal parents comming to the school and makeing demands. These people are over here not to adjust tothe American way of life but to exploit the welfare and medical system for their personal gain. I wish the Mexican governmet would take care of its people but I don't think that will happen in this century.
Arnold is talking about changing teacher pay increases from a step increase to a merit increase system. Well thats not going to happen in his life time. Teachers already have to take college courses after their initial credentialing is done. They are not reimbursed.
Arnold is only throwing a bone. What he is really waiting for is for the teachers to rise up and say we are not the problem. The problem really is the masive amounts of illegal aliens taxing or welfare system. Thats where the money os going and not into teacher pockets. After the teachers unions annouce this then he will probally have the basis to do what he really wants to do and that is to trim the fat. He will make it illegal for anyone to get free medical care or welfare if they are not an American citizen. I can't wait for the day when this happens. I'm tired of being ripped off paying to many taxes for these people.
