Ripoff, debits your account without permission When I tried contacting them, their offices were CLOSED

WLI Reservation Rewards debited $9.00 from my account for 3 months without my permission. I've never spoken to any representatives from this company. I tried contacting them and their offices seem to always be closed. The case is still under investigation.
