HeartDetectives is a poor web site, with a terrible layout and the worst searching. But to top it all off, it IS the biggest SCAM dating web site on the Internet to date. Do not sign up. If you register, you will immediately get responses from supposed people interested in you but, you must sign up to read the responses. The responses are generated by the web site administrators and are fake. You will never get a reply but guaranteed, HeartDetectives will never refund.
To top it off, they make cancelling difficult to find unless you read all the help faqs and get a reply.
Stay away from these low-life con artists. They will wither and blow away soon.
