I had to call more than once to recieve my payment after having canceled with them. They kept stalling, and saying I should have my refund in a few days. I e-mailed them which was ignored until I contacted them again, by phone, and they called with flimsy excuses.
One representative even asked me to send a copy of my bank statemen, which I, of course, refused to do—one told me to call my bank, and it went on and on...
It took me about a month, and I got no results until I informed them that I was reporting them to the Florida attorney general. I still feel that I should have had the $100 "enrollment" fee returned to me, as well as my first payment, because I was lied to, no doubt about it! I am going to attempt to get that now.
I checked and saw that they are being sued by the attorney general in Kansas for fraud. They told me, when I called and asked what the name of the company was for sure, they gave me the wrong name! The one that I wanted in the first place. Now, I am angry for just thinking about it again.
I would consider this company fraudlent, for sure!
