Enrollment Counselor Did Not Inform Me of Class Drop Policy Before He Enrolled Me In Classes

My "enrollment counselor" did not tell me about the class drop policy before he enrolled me in classes. My "enrollment counselor" did not tell me that I would be unable to drop classes after Week 1. My "enrollment counselor" did not have me speak with a Financial Aid Advisor BEFORE he enrolled me in classes. Grand Canyon University should be shut down
