I am wring in responding to letter on your web site about Go-video. I to have had the same problem. I payed about $100.00 for a DVD player and it lasted about 7 months.
I went back to Radio Shack got the same answer, but I was not letting it go.
I contacted Go-Video they said said the same thing. I then called them again and the guy who I go that time told me the DVD was defective, but he wants me to sent mine back to them plus $79.95 for a replacement.
That really made me angry. That was a mistake. I did finally get it replaced by them it took awhile.
At first Go-Video did try to tell me they had nothing to do with it the it, it was Sonic Blue, but Sonic blue/Go-Video are one in the same.
The funny part of this is that the new one they have sent to me which i got on oct. 21 had begun to go bad 3 to 4 months later after i got it. I had to go out and buy a brand name i could depend on. So
