Allyousubmitters.com has been operating for the past two years (approximately), under the ownership of Linder Nadauld. It is an advertising/profitsharing website, wherein internet users can join and earn money for viewing email and banner ads. For a user to obtain their earnings, they must have earned a minimum of $50 USD.
Originally, the TOS at allyousubmitters.com stated that members who requested cashout would receive their earnings within 30 days, or a reasonable time thereafter. However, allyousubmitters.com operated at staggering losses for the better part of two years, thus the wait time for cashouts paid grew and grew. At current, NO ONE has been paid who requested cashout during the year 2004. Allyousubmitters.com is still paying those who requested their earnings in December!!! Now, the terms of service state that members will be paid as funds allow.
My complaint stems specifically from the lengthy wait time for cashout. I am owed $154.52, which I requested at the beginning of February. I posted in two public forums that I would be willing to deliver complaints directly to the authorities in Hawthorne, CA for any other members of allyousubmitters.com who had been mistreated by the program. At that time, my member account and all earnings were deleted from the allyousubmitters.com database. The following is a snippet from an email sent to me by Linder Nadauld when asked why I was deleted from the program:
""AYS PTR Admin fully supports the rights of members to express their opinions about the program. AYS PTR admin will not allow members to post any libelous statements, which may harm AYS PTR. The penalties that may result from forum abuse are one or more of the following: warning, monetary fine or account suspension with forfeiture of earnings.""
My views on the deletion of my account are that he used my account and past due earnings to blackmail me into dropping any legal action I plan to take against him.
