Bad customer service - robots-4-u - robotics summer camp

Besides classes being overcrowded, the staff took my son's iPad mini and failed to return it in Frisco location. They said they couldn't find it. The staff and city coordinator Michael Jones was helpful trying to locate the iPad mini. The director Michael Hayes wouldn't do anything instead of trying to make new company policies such as no expensive items are allowed. I had asked if it was Ok and bring it his iPad mini. The staff said yes, Also later the city coordinator Michael Jones said they encourage the kids to bring camera containing products to take pictures of the robots they build. The director, Mr Hayes was kind of rude, and would not consider any reimbursement of the item.

I have filed a complaint with BBB. I found out that their rating with BBB web site is F. There 10 other complaints and 9 of them has no response from the company. Bad customer service...

Beware of sending your kids. They advertise as 16 to 1 students - instructor ratio. On our location they had around 35 kids and 2 instructors. My son was almost 8 years old and not happy even before his iPad was gone. He said there were mean kids, they were being mean to him. The staff was relatively young and not in so much control. They couldn't keep my son's iPad safe although they have taken it under their possession.

Shameful company that wouldn't take the responsibility...
