AMA Collection Services used fraudulent documents to obtain a judgement against me. I had no knowledge of this debt, no opportunity to defend myself and dispute their claim. AMA then obtained my credit report under false pretenses, without my written consent. Again, they acted illegally, I had no opportunity to dispute their claim. AMA Collection Services continues to charge illegal, excessive interest rates and fees for a medical debt. They ignore my numerous phone calls and letters in attempt to resolve this issue because they cannot support their claim or action against me.in their attempt to take advantage of me and collect an invalid lien, AMA Collection made false statements, used fraudulent documents and unfair collection practices.
