Rip me off and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

They sent me a notification saying that I was approved for a platinum card, I sent them US$ 39 four weeks ago! 1 and I havent received no card!!! I want them to pay all these people (like me) that they tok advantage off... Please help us!
