Ripoff took money from account without authorization

My son got a phone call, and was told that he could get grant money, They said that they needed and account to deposit the money in, he did not have an account and gave them mine, so 2 weeks later they came into my account and took 249.95. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my money back and just get the run around.
