Goverment grant huston texas
Told me no payback on grant, nothing taken out of my checking account which they took 249.90 out without my auth

I received a phone call from Goverment Grants of Huston Texas. Talked to a "Fanicis Antony Miller id#B52862. He told me I had been approved for a $3000.00 no payback grant, which I had been looking into grants and that no money was taken out of my account they only needed it to deposit my grant. Iwas updating my checking account today and found they took $249.90 out of my account and the phone number provided no one ever answers. So I guess im out this money that I didnt even have to begin with.
