Have been a victim for over a year. Having same trouble with talking to anyone over the phone, and getting my bank to listen also. Especially when they keep changing their name. They started out a year ago as MWI*Homeworkplus, then changed into Mo2*HomeworksPlus, (guess they knew we were on their tracks), Now the last 2 months they have been Ap9*HomeworksPlus. This is driving me crazy. I should be able to control my own money. 14.95 a month adds up when we live from paycheck to paycheck. If anyone has any suggestions as to what to do, please. Let me know.
