I started off with the HighSchool Diploma Program. I was so excited to get started. I paid it off in full and called the school only to find out that it was not accredited in my state. Sad and humiliated, I held my head up high and asked for a complete refund of the $500.00. Before I descovered the fraud, thinking that I now had a real highschool accredited diploma, I enrolled in another coarse. I cancelled after I found out the real truth about the non-accredited programs they have.
They assured me that it was no problems before I enrolled and after. I believed all of it. Soon as I asked for my refund, strange left over balances kept occurring. I called to check it out and it was settled. Soon as they recieved my cancellation letter in which I requested my full refund for both coarses, I recieved a letter of another remaining balance of $127.05. I called to question the balance once again. A representative said that there was nothing they can do about the balance. I sent the materials back to the school unopened and all. I don't understand how I can have a balance and the account was paid in full for both coarses.
Be careful how you enroll in certain scam programs. You may loose out like I have. I am not going to pay anything due to the fact that I know I do not owe the school any more money. I will get an attorney if neccesary to clear my credit up.
