David Mosser ([email protected]) used bogus Stormpay funds to pay for Avon products that my wife and I shipped to him. We lost $248.33 in merchandise and $273.66 in cash that we had to repay to Stormpay because we had already cashed out his payments that later were chargedback as fraudulent.
