I recently received a bill from Premier Premium Communications in the amount of $330.00. The statement claimed that i had dialed to the United Kingdom using the number 44-207-335-84. I was charged for six min calls at $30.00. I email them to dispute the charge for I don't have any long distence service.
A person call Tom reply that I or someone in the house has download some software that's why I have been charge. He claim if I don't pay they will report to my credit and I will get bad credit but if I pay right away, I will get 5% off.
The truth is, no one was home to download anything and why should I pay this bill that is just not true? I did like everyone suggested to write to BBB and USPS. They still not forget about the bill and inform me I should pay before the due date. I hope to see this company close and go to jail.
