Only a little over eight weeks after being committed, we obtained our big wedding record.included in our bundle we were designed to obtain a DVD slideshow, all the high-res pictures from our picture album, and all the pictures from our big day. It's today 16 weeks after our wedding day and we've not view it.
For That previous two 5 weeks I Have tried calling Kurt by phone, e-mail, and over his site (www.hilmersonphotography.com) numerous occasions to no avail. He'll not react to emails and he is preventing my phone calls and certainly will not return voice mails.
All I'd like is my DVD slides who and all the pictures we'd decided to. I've settled him entirely and he's actually not provided my moneyis value.
If you should be considering utilizing Kurt Hilmerson, as your wedding photographer, I'd significantly think hard about this. Once he gets your cash from you, he does not follow-through with customer support as any expert must.
