Our wedding was June 10. It is now April 1. We still have not received our wedding album or video. We have tried to reach Farnaz by telephone or email over 20 times in the last four months alone, and have only received one email reply saying that she is working on it. Since that email we received from her on December 18, we have heard nothing... And we have sent about 5 or 6 emails to her since then.
