I'm dismayed in the degree (and total absence) of customer support we obtained throughout the span of our leases. We hired an overall total of 11 tuxes... Six groomsmen, one lick, two brings, two dads. Each and every tuxedo but one had something amiss withit. Five people obtained anything within the wrong size. Three individuals received incorrect shade components. A couple were lost things entirely. For that quantity of the rental, I find this undesirable. Fortunately, we stay close enough that people could trade products for that suitable dimensions and shades. The night before the wedding, personally, I required my dad who'd the incorrect size jacket. The affiliate I talked to place me on-hold 3 times to cope with "other clients". I advised her that I'm also a person, whose occasion was within twenty four hours, and that I needed her interest. Following a snotty comment, she discovered an upgraded jacket, and we could choose it-up at Tuttle.
Not just did we obtain wrong products, we NEVER obtained just one apology for several of those errors. The fault was moved by every individual we spoke to.
