Called them a month ago to claim repair of tear damages to my recliner sofa (leather). Technician came in, took a photo and told me that it can't be repaired. They will have to totally replace the recliner side. I was told to call back after a week later for resolution.
After a week, called back in, CS told me they still have not received photo from technician and told me to call back after 7 days. Been this way for the whole month. The other day, I called and I was told that I should send photo myself since technician did not forwarded the photo.
Called back in today and asked if they received the photo. I was told that they do not cover damages to sofa since it was a tear damage. When I mentioned about foam losing its firmness, I was told they don't cover it either.
I paid $100 for the 7-year warranty for what? Such a waste of money. Never again will I go back to this store!
