Contacted Dixie Home Crafters to remove and re-install my gutters for roof repairs due to storm damage. The gutters had a lifetime warranty and to remain valid all work had to be performed by them. They came to my home and removed the gutters and told me this was the easy part, to re-intall would take a lot longer. They got 1/2 the money up front and when it came time to re-install they would never return the numerous phone calls I made to the regional and corporate offices. My gutters are still in my back yard and I just found out today, 10/4, that they went out of business on 9/17. What a ripoff! Now I have to find someone else to re-install and my lifetime warranty is not worth a penny.
