I paid $5500 for a generator back in July and have had no response from Craig as for the estimated delivery date. Like another disgruntled customer said, you can never speak to a live person it is all done thru email. Unfortunately the last email I received was a couple days after the purchase.
I have tried time and time again via every form of communication you can imagine. I believe Craig Currey is the only person running the business. If not contacted soon I will be forced to bring in a lawyer. Not to mention I have cancelled installation multiple times. Stay away if you are looking for a generator.
