Will not answer phone calls or e-mail requests regarding my order

I placed an order with home bath kitchen for two ceiling fans. They charged my credit card the next business day for the full amount. For 3 weeks now, they will not respond to e-mail requests for a shipping date nor will they answer the phone.

They brag about their customer service on their website. My experience is they have absolutely no customer service.
