Bob completed a mirror installation for me, and said he would provide me with 4 small glass shelves to fit a custom wall cavity. I paid him up-front.
I called him at 905-374-6559 to check on the shelves and he told me that they were done and that he would drop them at my house. He did not. I called him several times, left messages with him and his son, Scott, who works with him, as well as on their answering machine. And at their email address.
Bob has completely ignored me and not delivered the shelves. Three months have not passed and I have not heard from him or received the shelves.
