The lead repairman Mitch is unstable and abusive. He worked on my microwave after telling me the mag unit needed to be replaced, he tightened a wire, the microwave worked and he said that was the problem. The next day the microwave stopped working again. After three phone calls, saying he would change switches and solder the wire he ended up saying he should order a new mag unit, "since your still under warranty" Today he arrived at my home for the second service call. When I asked him if he was sure this was going to fix the problem, he became enraged, refused to do the work and told me to shut up and stormed out of my home. I was shocked and traumatized by his behavior.
