Told me i had a 5 year loan but it was 7 years. When i ran out of payments coupons they would not send me any unless i requested them because i was paying more than the loan was to pay it off quicker

Theyv would not send me a new coupond payment book when ipaid more onc the loan to try to pay it off faster. I had to call and ask for one and then they were rude.
