Hired to build a deck and stairs last year and did a losey job. Not up to code. Had him back this past May to fix the existing structure to code and add two more sets of stairs to a patio. Cost $ 2000.00. We have a signed contract and we gave him a 1000.00 down. They showed up maybe twice and dug the six footings, put a couple of tubes in the ground and 4 bads of cement and we haven't seen him since. I has been one lie after another. I finally fired him and we have an attorney and my wife is a paralegal and we plan to go after him for everything we can. I am going to contact the attorney general as suggested and we will not stop until we get our money back
