Mr. Matt Lankford from Empire Roofing Claim Services, LLC used my company RM Construction, LLC as a roofing subcontractor during the month of April. We roofed a total of 43 houses during this month. He refused to pay the last 8 houses we did for him and let us go without notice. He owes us over 10k.
Additionally, he went directly to our crews and offered them work. Now, he wants to manage roofers when he has no experience on roofing. Don't risk getting a lien on your home, don't hire him as a contractor.
