We hired Sarabia's Roofing and General Contracting to re-roof a commercial building. They started the job in October and said it would be completed in a week or two. They continued to work slowly through the month of November.in the month of December we were totally ignored except when they wanted more money. After we gave them more money they stopped working. They blamed he weather and various other things.
After confirming with the City of El Paso that he had not applied for a permit we questioned him as to what had happened. He lied, lied, and lied some more. He tried to get out of the permit issue by blaming the city. I had already given them a deadline of Jan. 15 to complete the job and they still wanted more money. The didn't complete the job.
The claimed they were bonded and are not. They advertise they are a member of the Better Business Bureau, they are not. I had to hire a roofer to finish the job. He secured the permit from the city in one-half day and finished the job in less than a week and even through in some extras.
Don't be fooled by their lies, they appear to be respectful in every way. They are con men!
