Iordered a door spring, sent a check it was cashed but I did not receive my part I called 4 times e-mailed 3 times NO REply

I ordered a garage door spring, I sent a check. It was cashed within 7 days I have tried to contact this co. But no response.
I have repeatedly called left messages but no response. I am out $57.59
