Hot mix asphalt paving
J mcdonald Wavey pavement, grass and tree growing tree 3 1/2" tall growing standing water asphalt loose and pick up by handful

I was told by j mcdonald that he would do a wonderful job that I would be happy with... He promised me and promised me and promised me that his men were professionals and would do a job that I would be very happy with... He would dig out the soil and put down grass killer and smooth it all out... His men would tapeer it and do a professional job... He had to leave told me to make out the check to j mcdonald and give it to his boss man... The men worked about 1 1/2 hours and it was finished but dark outside...

Could not see it good until next day... Had a rainstorm and 3 inches of water was standing so that I was unable to get into the truck... Unlevel pavement, loose asphalt pick it up by the handfull grass growing all over the pavement tree growing one of the men said he lived in Comanche and work at the Blue Moon in Deleon a year ago... I had to put the lights on my cars and truck for the men to be able to see. I sent them a certified letter they signed for it on l may 12... On 7 may I got the letter back unopened
