I have a pair of icon 2 headphones I have had for less than a month and already the left side only works when it feels like it which is not impressing me with it's quality. I have tried to go to your website but whenever I click on support or contact us or even lifetime warranty I get sent to an oops page. To put it mildly, I am frustrated.
