A Lawson AC technician Named Corey came out on 3/12 after we requested the previous owner have the hvac looked at. Our inspector advised we have a second opinion, and have it looked at, so we had a second opinion. The owners called Lawson AC. Lawson AC came out and documented nothing was wrong with the unit. Not even a month living in our new home, the unit stops. Our home experienced major headaches while the unit was used. When a different company came out to correct what Lawson AC obviously over looked, they explained how heat exchange was cracked, and that would most likely explain the head pains, not only that, but Lawson AC put my family in risk of a fatal explosion. After the repair of the unit, The new technician stated that it was obviously something that did not happen over night, and we could no longer use the gas heat for risk of explosion and carbon dioxide poisoning. The gas was shut off and I was advised to call Lawson AC and have them aware of their mistake. The manager I spoke to stated that because I was not the person who paid for the inspection, he was not going to be reliable for this, and I was placing the blame at the wrong person, it had been over 30 days, and he didn't know what I wanted from him. He continued to be rude towards me, and then proceeded to hang up. I hope to hear a response back for their incredibly foolish mistakes. Until then, we will be seeing a doctor for our ongoing head pains.
