We purchased nearly $5000 in products and installation services from the on the guarantee that we were going to save 40-50% on our electric bill. So basically what were purchasing would pay for it self. The company sent people to our home to install everything were purchased and were told to just wait and see our electric bill fall... Well almost 1 year later we have not had 1 bill less than it was the year previous not even one that was close and are still paying off the $5k loan. They did however make some attempts to correct the issues and had guaranteed that they would see it through until we saw our savings but they have now cut all communication off, dont return phone calls, never even answer the phone. The last we spoke with them the said that our problem was with the the company that made the products they installed in our home and not them (THE ONES WHO SOLD IT TO US)... They are liars and thieves. They took our money and now want nothing to do with us. PLEASE stay away from this company, they have a F their BB report.
