Your best course of action is to contact the Dobrich Police in Bulgaria who are handling the whole of the Talbot fraud and paedophilia episode. It is pointless trying to phone them and would be necessary for you to come out to Bulgaria to see what Talbot is really up to. All I can say is that he is a truly vicious and heartless criminal, who would sell his mother for 2 Euros.

A 63-year-old UK citizen residing in Bulgaria has been arrested by the local police and charged with sexually abusing two kids, ages 10 and 11. The man has been detained in his home in the central Bulgarian city of Veliko Tarnovo, with one of the children at his home.
According to police information, the family of the children knew about the Brits doings, and condescended against financial support in return.
The alleged criminal paid bills, bought various things and gave money to the family, who are of Roma origin, and live in the nearby village of Pavlikeni.
The family also has a 6-year-old daughter, for whom the police have no information to have been subjected to sexual abuse.
According to Veliko Tarnovo police sources, the UK citizen has already been sentenced for a similar crime in his home country he was sentenced to 5 year in jail for a sexual assault on a child, from which he served 3.
The Bulgarian police also said that they have already asked their British counterparts to assist them with all additional information on the case they might have in their possession.
The above is a friend of Bryan Talbot and they have been seen planning their forays into the world of illegal underage sex in various eateries and cafes in VT, Dobrich and Silistra orphanage.
It is expected Talbot will be re-arrested when he comes back to Bulgaria soon. It really is appalling that Talbot should be allowed to continue with his sex crimes against minors all over the world.

A Bulgarian court has ordered permanent detention of a 63-year-old alleged British pedophile who was nabbed in Bulgaria on Sunday. The man is suspected of sexually abusing two Roma brothers aged 10 and 11. The childrens family allegedly knew of the Brits doings and received financial support from him.
If proven guilty, the suspect faces between 3 and 12 years behind bars. It is still unknown whether the man participated in a pedophile network.
The 63-year-old Brit named Bill Reynough was detained in the central Bulgarian city of Veliko Tarnovo, with one of the children at his home. The childrens family lives in the nearby town of Pavlikeni. The regional court in Veliko Tarnovo ruled Wednesday that there is sufficient evidence to assume that Reynough committed the crime he is suspected of, which is why it ordered his permanent detention.
Reynoughs court-appointed lawyer Stancho Lazarov had asked for a house arrest citing the Brits bad health, and the fact that he is cooperating with the investigators. Lazarov also said Reynough made confessions but denied any accusations of using force. The court is set to notify Bulgarias Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
