I wish I had read this report before I contracted this company to do a Decra roof. I fell for the same story another complainant did, I'm doing a church in Haverhill Mass. And we'll just tack this order on to theirs; that was January 19 and a $5500.00 deposit. To this day, no roof and excuse after excuse. Another excuse he used was " they didn't show, they must have gone to the beach, I'll have to fire them and bring another crew in when they finish the job their on." My last contact with Timmy, were's Lassie, was Thurs. 4/26 when he called and said it might rain on Fri. But promised to be there on Mon. 4/30. It was a beautiful day and not to my surprise, nobody showed up. I called Timmy and guess what no return call. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office and contacting an attorney.
And by the way I left Timmy a message on 3/6 to check on install date and at that time I said this really sounds like a scam. He called back and was pretty nasty. I should have known then.
